Fit guide

Three numbers on every frame, a few measurements on your face, and a quick video call with our fit team — that's all it takes. If you're unsure, write to contact@irdae.com with a face-on photo and we'll measure for you, free.

Reading the frame size

Every Irdae frame has three numbers in the description and inside the temple: e.g. 50-22-145.

  • 50 — lens width in mm
  • 22 — bridge width in mm
  • 145 — temple length (hinge to tip)

Pick up a pair you already wear and read the numbers from inside the temple — it's the fastest way to know what size suits you.

Lens width & face width

The lens width is the most important number. Match it to your face width.

Material & adjustment

How much we can adjust a frame depends on the material.

Frame shape by face shape

Not a rule, just a starting point. The right frame is the one that feels forgotten on your face.

Oval face

Most frames suit oval faces — try round and aviator for personality, square for structure.

Round face

Squared and rectangle frames bring definition. Avoid round frames unless oversized.

Square face

Round and oval frames soften strong jawlines. Cat-eye works on heart variants of square.

Heart face

Bottom-heavy frames balance a wider forehead — aviator, cat-eye, round-bottom.

Long / oblong face

Wide frames with deeper lenses break vertical length. Round and oversized squared.
