Stocked frames (sun, ready-readers, accessories) ship from Annecy within 1-3 working days. Prescription orders take 5 working days at the lens lab before they leave the atelier — we never go faster than the curing time on anti-reflective coatings.
Engraved initials add about 2 working days. The transit times below apply from the moment your order ships.

Packaging
Every frame ships in its hard case, wrapped in a recycled microfibre cloth, inside a kraft cardboard mailer — no single-use plastic. The hard case is yours to keep; we also include a spare microfibre and a small screwdriver in every order.
During peak periods (sample sales, Limited Drops), production may add 1-2 working days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships, via DHL Express, Colissimo or UPS depending on destination. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live after the confirmation email.

UK and Norway customers
Post-Brexit, orders to the United Kingdom and Norway may be subject to import duties and VAT. These are payable on arrival and are not included in our shipping cost.
Duty depends on the frame and lens combination. Contact your local customs office for current rates. We declare every order honestly and provide a full commercial invoice.
